Business Growth Executive At The Bandhan Project (yKnot)
yKnot is a purpose-driven social impact brand that curates cloth-based lifestyle products such as tote bags, laptop sleeves, diaries, mobile sling bags, eyewear cases, and pouches. Each product is handcrafted and hand-embroidered by rural women artisans across India. yKnot aims to bring rural skills and craftsmanship to urban markets.
The Bandhan Project (TBP) is a concept-driven brand ecosystem focused on creating meaningful and sustainable impact. It is a space where people can express and pursue their passions, connect with others who share a common purpose, and build sustainably scalable initiatives. TBP focuses on contributing time, skills, and effort rather than monetary contributions.
yKnot is the first sustainable product initiative under TBP.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Development:

1. Strategise and plan marketing campaigns for B2B and D2C channels for the yKnot product brand.
2. Generate leads and explore export partnerships and international brand-building opportunities.
3. Track Meta and Google advertising trends and support the planning and execution of relevant campaigns.

B. Social Media Strategy:

1. Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars for both yKnot and TBP.
2. Plan content across Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
3. Develop content themes around yKnot's products, artisans, craftsmanship, stories, social impact, and brand philosophy.
4. Identify trending formats, relevant conversations, and opportunities for yKnot to participate in.

C. Content Creation & Curation:

1. Conceptualise and create short-form videos, reels, posts, stories, and other social media content.
2.



Shoot and edit basic product and lifestyle content when required.
3. Independently edit reels and short-form videos.
4. Coordinate with and brief external designers, photographers, and video creators when required.
5. Repurpose content across multiple platforms while adapting it to each platform's format and audience.

D. Influencer Marketing:

1. Identify relevant micro and nano influencers aligned with yKnot's and TBP's target audience and values.
2. Coordinate product gifting and PR packages.
3. Track collaborations, deliverables, and campaign performance.
4. Build long-term relationships with creators rather than focusing only on one-off collaborations.

E. PR & Brand Building:

1. Identify opportunities for yKnot and TBP to gain editorial, social media, and digital visibility.
2. Build relationships with relevant media, creators, communities, and brand partners.
3. Coordinate PR and product-seeding initiatives.
4. Explore collaborations that can strengthen yKnot's brand awareness, reach, and credibility.

F. Brand Storytelling:

1. Translate yKnot's artisan stories, craftsmanship, and social purpose into compelling content.
2. Maintain a consistent visual and communication identity across brand touchpoints.
3. Find creative ways to make handcrafted products relevant and desirable to urban audiences.

G. TBP Campaign Design & Execution:

1. Brainstorm, identify, design, and execute campaigns and community drives for TBP.
2. Plan and execute social media strategies and content for TBP campaigns and initiatives.
3. Develop creative ways to grow the community and increase engagement around events and products.
4.



Develop strategies for campaigns and support the management of the founders' personal social media pages. Skill(s) required
