This is a full-time in office role for an HR Business Partner based in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations,
ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Day-to-day tasks include providing HR guidance to employees, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization.
HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
Experience with Performance Management
Familiarity with HR best practices and legal requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
