Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

- Plan monthly content strategy for Instagram + LinkedIn
- Manage posting calendars, captions, and brand tone
- Work with design/content teams to publish output consistently
- Monitor engagement, community response + trend alignment

Performance Marketing

- Create and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns
- Allocate budgets, track ROAS, CPC, CTR, cost per lead
- Analyze data & optimize campaigns weekly for performance
- Build target audience sets + remarketing funnels

SEO + Website

- Basic SEO knowledge — keywords, backlinks, on-page fixes
- Coordinate web updates, landing pages, traffic tracking
- Improve website conversion rates + lead generation quality

Analytics + Reporting

- Track insights across campaigns, social media, website, ads




- Prepare weekly + monthly performance dashboards
- Identify what's working, what's not, and plan improvement steps

Influencer + Brand Collaborations

- Research influencers, negotiate, manage outreach & ROI analysis
- Build brand visibility through creators + digital partnerships

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of digital channels (IG, Meta Ads, Google, SEO)
- Creative thinking + analytical mindset — balance of art & numbers
- Good copywriting for ads, captions, and hooks
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Canva
- Data-driven, fast execution, growth-focused approach
- Comfortable working with performance targets & deadlines
