Media Manager – Haut Monde India Location: Full time | On-site

Haut Monde India (Haut Monde Hotels • Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide • Shanti Sajal Research & Charitable Trust) is looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Media Manager to lead our content, media production, and digital storytelling across all brands.

Content & Media Production
Lead end-to-end execution of photoshoots, videoshoots, reels, event coverage, and hospitality content.
Oversee brand films, interviews, behind-the-scenes shoots, grooming content, and global pageant captures.
Maintain a high-quality library of brand assets across all verticals.

Creative Direction & Strategy
Work closely with brand, marketing & social media teams to conceptualize creative ideas.
Understand brand aesthetics and ensure consistency in all visuals.
Develop content calendars, visual storylines, and campaign-oriented media.

Final approval of edited videos, teasers, reels, and graphics.

Event Media Management




Lead all media deliverables for major events such as Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide (domestic + international).
Capture weddings, resort events, hospitality experiences & promotional campaigns.

Social & Digital Support
Provide ready media assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns & PR collaterals.
Help in building strong social storytelling for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

3–6 years of experience in media management, production, or digital content creation.

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand guidelines, and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Knowledge of editing basics (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci is a plus).
- Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, events, or fashion industry preferred.
- Ability to travel for shoots and handle fast-paced event environments.
