Teachers' Training Institute of India (TTII) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and technically proficient skilled to join our team in Kochi!

As a Programme Coordinator, you will oversee the smooth execution of teacher training programmes by coordinating programme operations, managing student support, maintaining digital records, and ensuring seamless digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of LMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online learning tools.

LMS & Database Management : Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital classrooms, and trainee databases.
Excel & Google Sheets : Maintain and update student databases, attendance records, progress trackers, certification records, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Data Management & Reporting: Track student progress, attendance, and certification records using Excel or Google Sheets.
Student Support : Act as the primary point of contact for students and faculty, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Support online classes through Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.




Identify operational gaps and improve workflows to enhance student experience and program efficiency.

Minimum 1 year of experience in programme coordination, operations, student support, or a related role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing databases, maintaining trackers, organizing data, and preparing reports.
Hands-on experience with digital classrooms, online course management, and learning platforms.
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams.
Ability to work independently and handle technical and operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Experience in the education or EdTech industry is preferred.
