Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Connect with business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
Client Acquisition & Sales
Understand prospective clients' business requirements and challenges.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, both online and offline.
Prepare and coordinate business proposals and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Work toward monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and deal progress in CRM software.
Monitor sales pipeline performance and provide regular updates.
Research market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Confidence in approaching business owners and senior decision-makers.
Robust presentation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Fluency in English and Kannada is essential .
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
