Role & Responsibilities : Participate and actively support the certification process of current Suppliers and Materials in all main phases (CPA, CPV & CTA)
Manage direct and indirect hourly workers in the incoming inspection area
Act as a cross-functional bridge with Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D; and Logistics to align supplier quality standards, resolve recurring issues, and support new product or supplier development
Perform autonomous process and product audits at suppliers to guarantee the proper approach to supplier development and ensure the quality control of outsourced components
Interface with suppliers regarding the quality of acquired products and services, performing rigorous follow-up on corrective actions (8D), contingency plans, and continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee their perfect execution
Manage the flow of quarantined items, returns of non-conforming lots to suppliers, and conditional releases
Define and execute robust contingency plans (e.g., 100% sorting) and open 8D reports for suppliers within proper lead time of identifying deviations
Ensure the implementation of the 3Q6S methodology and Golden Safety Rules in the area
Experience :
Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in Quality Management.
Knowledge :
Expertise in P-FMEA, APQP/AQP, First Part Approval process, Measurement System Analysis, and Statistical Process Control;
Proficiency in SAP
