Project Manager will oversee the entire of Data Center proejcts Execution, ensuring quality standards, Safety, and project requirements are met. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.
Project Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation.
Budget Management: Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Project Closure & Handover: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.
Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
