The Project Manager - Operational Excellence is responsible for the technical execution and project management. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, focusing on technical support, deployment, and ongoing functionality. The Project Manager - Operational Excellence will ensure the team meets all deliverables, driving excellence in project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing technical challenges for strategic accounts within the region to ensure customer satisfaction.

Has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the region's deliverables.

Deals with all capacity planning activities.

Project Management and Execution

Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring tasks, milestones, risks, and issues are effectively managed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead multiple customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines in collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Help the team to identify creative and robust solutions to address project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables. Support customer calls where necessary

Technical Implementation and Support

Manage the technical onboarding and deployment process for customers, with a focus on seamless installations of software solutions.

Act as a technical resource, providing insights and addressing challenges related to software, networking, and system integration.

Work closely with sales, product development, and engineering teams to support project goals and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular project updates, distribute meeting notes, and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.

Liaise with the VP Head of India Operations to report on project status, issues,



and opportunities for process improvements.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

Ensure that all technical and project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of best practices for project management and technical processes within the region.

Customer Relationship Management

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

You have 10+ years experience in in a technical program management or solution engineering role working with projects in a global matrixed organization

Strong technical proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, networking, and automation tools such as Ansible.

Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft 365, Jira, and Teamwork.

Managing team performance, KPIs etc. Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.

Demonstrates initiative, drive, and self-motivation in taking full ownership of the function / specialism, ensuring accountability and fostering a no-blame culture conducive to continuous improvement.

Highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution and documentation.
