Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring needs for Guidewire roles such as Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center
Source and attract candidates with Guidewire expertise through job portals, LinkedIn, and qualified networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Assess candidates' experience in Guidewire implementations, integrations, and upgrades
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Guidewire professionals
Handle offer negotiation and ensure successful onboarding
Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Guidewire hiring
Strong understanding of Guidewire platform and its components
Experience hiring for roles like Guidewire Developer, Architect, Consultant, and Business Analyst
Expertise in sourcing niche technical talent
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
