Managing project costing, planning & scheduling, billing, and complete documentation control across construction projects. To ensure effective cost management, timely project execution, and accurate record keeping in coordination with all stakeholders.

1) Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets

2) Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings (GFC and tender drawings)

3) Monitor project costs and track cost overruns and variations

4) Prepare and certify client bills and verify contractor/sub-contractor bills

5) Perform material reconciliation and cost analysis

6) Analyze labour productivity and optimize cost efficiency

7) Conduct market research to understand current material and labour rates

8) Assist in preparation of tender documents and bid evaluations

9) Prepare comparative statements for vendor selection

10) Negotiate with vendors and contractors for best pricing and terms

11) Maintain database of approved vendors and suppliers

12) Develop project schedules using MS Project/Primavera

13) Plan construction activities and define timelines and milestones

14) Track progress against schedules and highlight delays

15) Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delays

16) Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment)

17) Prepare price variation orders/change orders

18) Track modifications and maintain variation registers

Assist in contract management and final account settlement

20) Monitor contractor cost control across all project phases

21) Maintain and manage all project documents including drawings, BOQs, contracts, and reports

22) Ensure proper version control of drawings and documents

23) Maintain transmittals, approvals, and correspondence records

24) Organize and archive project documentation systematically

25) Conduct periodic site visits to verify progress and quality

26) Ensure work execution aligns with drawings and specifications

27) Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and consultants

28) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress and cost reports

29) Track project KPIs including time, cost, and quality

30) Maintain logs for delays, risks, and changes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
