Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

- Develop and maintain business dashboards, MIS reports, and management reporting frameworks.

- Translate business requirements into analytical models, reports, and actionable insights.

- Monitor key business metrics such as revenue, productivity, cost, efficiency, and operational performance.

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

- Develop forecasting models, business projections, and performance measurement frameworks.

- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Prepare business reviews, analytical presentations, and executive-level reports for senior leadership.

- Support strategic initiatives, business planning,



and process improvement projects.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros.

- Power BI / Tableau – Dashboard development and data visualization.

- SQL – Data extraction, querying, and analysis.

- Business Intelligence and MIS Reporting.

- Data Analysis and Statistical Interpretation.

- Forecasting, Trend Analysis, and Business Modelling.
