Working Knowledge:
1. Hardware: Rexroth / KEBA drives. I/O modules, basics of pneumatics, read electrical drawings
2. Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with robot controller systems & software.
3. Communication Protocols: Understanding of industrial protocols like Sercos / ProfiNet / Ethernet/IP / Modbus / Profibus.
4. Robotic arms: multi-axes robotic arm overview and functioning principles
5. Control Systems : factory automation workplace & machinery / automated painting systems is a plus
