Responsibilities

- Develop and implement all India sales strategies for Retail PB segment aligned with organizational goals.
- Increase Sales, SP activities, customer face time.
- Special drive in tier 2, Tier 3 cities.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning and execution.
- Drive revenue generation by expanding market share and penetrating current markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate, lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales managers to ensure high performance.
- Build a strong sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability,



and customer-centricity.
- Strengthen relationships with key PBs, Retailors and CPs to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with branches, PMMs and other teams to ensure smooth operations and uniform customer experience.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and present reports to senior leadership.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure technical competency enhancement of the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements within the zone.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) Experience: 6-8 years
