The Program Lead / Admission Manager will drive student enrolments for Allied Health programs through strategic outreach, counselling, stakeholder coordination, and admissions funnel ownership.
Reporting to Marketing Lead, Apollo Knowledge
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute school outreach initiatives across Hyderabad.
- Represent Apollo Healthcare Academy at education fairs, career expos, and promotional events.
- Manage incoming student inquiries and provide accurate program guidance.
- Conduct counselling sessions to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain a robust lead tracking and follow-up system.
- Liaise with education agents and ensure timely communication and updates.
- Coordinate with partner university teams for smooth admission processing and onboarding.
- Own the end-to-end admissions funnel for Allied Health programs.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports on outreach effectiveness and admission trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in student admissions, counselling, or education outreach.
- Prior experience in healthcare or allied health education preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
