Roles Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Conduct benchmarking, Product testing validation
- CFT circulation for feedback
- Resource allocation, Inputs
- Project Review as per frequency
- Recruitment Team Building
- Experience in Precision product design
- DFM DFME knowledge in sheet metal, precision machined components
- Conduct Prototyping, Tests Trials
- FW Systems building
- Lead project from start to end
- Explain Ideas Concepts to juniors
- Budget Costing estimation
- Project Data validation

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- Experience 7+ yrs.
- Education- BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC
- NPD process development experience
- Good CFT Coordination
- Positive Team handling
- 2 Wheeler drawing licence
- Project planning Skills




- Age not more than 35 years
