In this role, you will collaborate closely with our North America HR and Talent Acquisition team across Canada and the USA, turning recruitment and HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will play a key role in modernizing our hiring practices through automation, AI, and streamlined systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Unified HR Dashboards: Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards tracking core HR KPIs (recruitment, activity, and performance) to provide leadership with single-source accuracy and reduce manual reporting.

- Hiring Funnel Analytics: Analyze conversion rates across the recruitment lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate channel/event effectiveness to optimize talent acquisition investments.

- AI & Automation Integration: Support the rollout and performance tracking of AI-assisted sourcing, automated candidate matching, screening, chatbots, text messaging, and digital recruiters to lower time-to-hire and recruiter workload.

- Executive Insights & Workforce Planning:



Prepare regional recruitment performance reviews for executive leadership and leverage predictive analytics to support data-driven hiring and workforce planning.

- Systems & Process Optimization: Assist in deploying our new core HR system, improve overall data integrity, and map, align, and streamline cross-border HR processes.

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid: 2 days in office)

Working Hours: ~2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (to align with North America Eastern Time)

Reports To: North America HRVP

Profile

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or business intelligence.

- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Technical Skills:

- Solid expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.

- Domain & Analytical Mindset: Strong interest in HR analytics and people data, paired with the ability to translate complex data sets into simple, actionable insights.

- Soft Skills & Execution:

- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

- Autonomous, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and collaborate across international cultures and time zones.

- Data Privacy: Proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling cross-border employee and candidate data.
