Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and well-presented Client-Facing Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment activities while building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate should have a bold, proactive personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to interact with clients, understand their hiring needs, and drive recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Interact with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and hiring priorities.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and recruitment review calls.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview status, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Handle multiple requirements and deliver within agreed timelines.

Team & Delivery Coordination





- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submissions.
- Track recruitment performance, closures, and pipeline status.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide periodic delivery reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in IT / Automotive / Engineering recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, articulate, and professional personality.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, assertive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to take ownership and independently manage client requirements.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
