Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage Oracle Applications technical development and implementation projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within Oracle EBS, particularly across SCM modules.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Oversee technical development involving SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle APIs, interfaces, and custom extensions.
- Ensure technical solutions follow Oracle development standards and best practices.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and development deliverables.
- Manage technical issues, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.




- Mentor team members and manage technical deliverables, timelines, and project priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 11+ years of experience in Oracle Applications technical development.
- Solid hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Apps Technical.
- Good understanding of Oracle SCM modules and related business processes.
- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS APIs, interfaces, integrations, and customizations.
- Experience in technical solution design and development.
- Prior experience in technical leadership, team management, or project delivery.
- Relevant Oracle SCM certification is mandatory.
