About Jivika Foundation

Jivika Foundation is the social impact arm of the Jivika ecosystem, working to improve access to healthcare and strengthen community health systems across India. Our initiatives include preventive healthcare, HPV vaccination, cancer screening, public health programs and community development.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CSR Partnerships & Fundraising professional to identify CSR funding opportunities, develop corporate partnerships and mobilise resources for our social-impact programs.

The candidate will independently manage fundraising opportunities, build relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations and institutional donors, prepare proposals and drive partnerships from initial outreach to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new CSR, corporate, foundation and institutional partnerships.
- Generate leads and maintain a robust fundraising pipeline.
- Build relationships with CSR Heads, corporate leaders and institutional donors.
- Research CSR priorities and identify potential funding opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, concept notes, budgets and presentations.
- Conduct meetings, pitches and negotiations with prospective partners.




- Drive partnership opportunities from lead generation to funding closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and project implementation.
- Manage donor relationships, follow-ups, partnership MIS and impact reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, NGO fundraising, corporate partnerships or institutional fundraising.
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, social-impact organisations or corporate CSR teams.
- Strong understanding of CSR funding and the social-impact ecosystem.
- Proven experience in donor acquisition and partnership development.
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in NGOs, CSR foundations, corporate partnerships, fundraising organisations and social-impact consulting firms will be preferred.

Important: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working from Baner, Pune.
