- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using blended processes (voice processing) as per company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in CRM system.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
- Ability to work on an international voice process setting.
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
