Job Summary

This is a full-time in office role for an HR Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening,



interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on Bench Sales and OPT internal Recruitment

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms and techniques
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Willing to work in night Shifts
- Candidate should have the 3 to 7 years experience in HR Domain
- Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
