Job Overview

Innospire Business Park is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Representative to generate new business, meet prospective clients, promote company services, and achieve assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable meeting people, and willing to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and business development activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Business Development

- Visit prospective clients, businesses, and organizations to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospects regularly through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update the CRM or sales tracking system regularly.
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide feedback about customer requirements,



competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in field sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
