New Careers Academy is looking for a confident, well-spoken and organised individual to manage our front desk and counsel prospective students and parents. The candidate must communicate clearly in English and Hindi and confidently convert enquiries into admissions through helpful guidance and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome students, parents and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain our NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF and SSB coaching programmes, fees, schedules and admission process.
- Understand students’ goals and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and parents, address their concerns and encourage enrolment.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, follow-up details and admission information.
- Assist with registrations, documentation and coordination with faculty.




- Work towards agreed admission targets while providing accurate information and courteous service.

Candidate Requirements

- Good spoken and written English, with fluent spoken Hindi.
- Strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
- A polite, professional manner and confidence when speaking on the phone or face to face.
- Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
- Previous experience in admissions counselling, reception, telecalling, sales or customer service is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
