Roles & Responsibilities Sales Associate

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide a great in-store shopping experience

- Guide customers on product selection and recommend suitable eyewear based on their requirements and eye test feedback

- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and working towards individual and store targets

- Handle billing and ensure smooth transactions using the POS system

- Support daily store operations including stock handling, display, and floor management

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers for product delivery and basic after-sales support

- Maintain store hygiene, product display standards, and overall upkeep of the store

- Follow store SOPs and contribute to achieving sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals
