Salary: 14,000-15,000 per month (In-Hand)
CTC: 18,000-19,000 per month
Additional Benefits: 2,000 Quarterly Bonus + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 247 Rotational Shifts (Any 9-Hour Shift)
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or chat, as per the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Any Undergraduate or Graduate candidate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in 247 rotational shifts.
