Job Summary

Domain expertise: solid experience in cards payments banking domain. Good understanding of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, corporate cards. Knowledge of card lifecycle: card origination, card issuance, activation, authorization, clearing, settlement, billing, rewards, loyalty, disputes, chargebacks, card closure. Familiarity with payment rails: UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, NACH, BBPS, POS, ATM, Internet/Mobile Banking. Understanding of card network standards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex.

Responsibilities

- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), FRS, and user stories.
- Prepare Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
- Execute test cases and validate payment/card transaction flows.
- Perform E2E validation across Cards,



Payments, CBS, and Digital Channels.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/ALM.
- Coordinate with Business, Development, and Production Support teams.
- Support defect triage and root cause analysis.
- Provide daily/weekly status reports to project stakeholders.
