Key Skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pass daily accounting entries in Tally, Zoho Books or other ERP systems.
2. Maintain purchase, sales and expense records accurately.
3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
4. Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and investigate discrepancies.
5. Assist with GST compliance, including data preparation and reconciliation.
6. Support TDS calculations, working papers and related documentation.
7. Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers and other financial records.
8. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
9. Coordinate with internal teams and auditors whenever required.

Required Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
2.



Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books or any other ERP/accounting system.
3. Basic understanding of GST and TDS requirements.
4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
6. Positive communication, coordination and organisational skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as support senior team members.
8. A willingness to learn and develop accounting and finance skills.
