- Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Control Matrix to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in due diligence for business mergers or takeovers to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and patterns that may impact business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Provide support in developing and maintaining risk management frameworks and policies.
