We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to handle on-site project execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards and coordinating with contractors, vendors and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Handle site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Ensure construction work is completed within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site workers.
- Monitor material requirements, usage and availability at the site.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed during execution.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments for smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of site supervision, quality control and project coordination.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with labour and contractors.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Civil Engineering and Site Execution.
- Practical knowledge of construction activities and project management.
- Ability to independently handle site execution responsibilities.
