Shift: Day Shift (between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Notice Period: Max 60 days

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Specialist specializing in U.S. Corporate Immigration to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end petition processing, compliance verification, and advisory support for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Key Responsibilities

- Non-Immigrant & Immigrant Visa Processing: Draft, review, and file U.S. visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, O-1, and Adjustment of Status (AOS).
- Green Card Processing: Manage PERM Labor Certification processes, I-140 petitions, EB-1 filings, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) applications.
- Compliance & Filing: Prepare Labor Condition Applications (LCA), ensure public access file (PAF) compliance, and maintain up-to-date immigration records.
- RFE Support: Assist in drafting responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and audits issued by USCIS or the Department of Labor (DOL).




- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal HR teams, foreign nationals, attorneys, and external vendors to ensure seamless processing and compliance.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track petition expiry dates, extensions, and green card priority dates to ensure timely filings.

Key Requirements & Skills

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. visa categories: H-1B, L-1, Non-Immigrant Visas, Immigrant Visas, AOS, I-140, PERM, LCA, E-3, TN, O-1, EB1, and NIW.
- Strong understanding of USCIS, DOL, and DOS rules, regulations, and filing guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
