Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing Sales Executives, achieving regional targets, and expanding NoBroker's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Promote premium plans and value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
- Track KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- 1–2 years of team-handling experience is required.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C Sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good CRM knowledge and analytical skills.
