About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager for a jewellery retail showroom in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. Candidates must have experience in jewellery retail, team management, showroom operations, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day jewellery showroom operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor jewellery stock, inventory, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.




- Ensure jewellery security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 23 years of experience in jewellery retail sales or store management preferred.
- Prior experience in jewellery sales is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, inventory, and showroom operations.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
