We are hiring for our Merchandising team - we are scouting for a Retail Merchandiser with strong experience in replenishment, inventory management, and planogram execution.
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end replenishment planning and execution
- Maintain optimal stock levels across retail stores
- Ensure planogram creation, updates, and compliance
- Analyse stock movement, sales and availability trends
- Monitor sell-through, ageing inventory, and out-of-stock patterns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and maintain required MIS and merchandising reports
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in retail merchandising or replenishment
- Strong data analytical skills
- Candidates with experience in rapid-paced retail environments/consumer retail brands will be preferred
