- Manage legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, paralegals, and other support staff to ensure seamless case handling.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide expert advice to clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for resolving disputes through negotiation or litigation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Robust understanding of legal principles, practices, and procedures related to insurance claims processing.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
