What you’ll lead:
Store sales & overall business performance
Customer experience with a strong NPS focus
Team development & talent management
Operational excellence, SOP adherence & inventory control
What we’re looking for:
5–8 years of experience in retail/service industry
Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong customer-first mindset & people leadership skills
Graduate degree
