Qualification : Any Life science/Paramedic graduation.
Job Description:
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5+ years Coding experience in US healthcare is mandatory
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in handling Team
- Handling coding enquiries from internal coding team, billing team, clients, client relation managers.
- Familiar in Using CMS, AAPC, AMA, Derm coder, Encoder portals to research the industry updates.
- I need to be a team player and flexible to work with other departments for issue resolution.
- Strong knowledge of coding domains - E/M, Dermatology Surgery, Pathology, radiation oncology & Denial Management.
- Participate in coding the new clients, super audit, client audits for quality assurance.
- Participate in training / developmental programs for fresher/new hires.
- Reporting & meeting the Daily /Weekly/Monthly team KRA, client SLA and monitoring.
- Exposure/Strong knowledge in HIPAA compliance, ISO audit, ISMS policies and procedures.
- Experience in SOP preparation, provider education, clinical documentation, excels, PPT preparation/presentation.
- Participate in clients & onsite team conference calls.
Skill Sets:
- CPC, CPCD, CCS and any one certification mandatory. Candidates with good knowledge in Anatomy/physiology.
- Valuable organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
- Good verbal and written communication skills
