Role Overview: Experienced Technical Test Architect who can assess the current QA landscape including automation frameworks QA processes tooling and GenAI adoption and define a transformation roadmap toward AIdriven and agentic quality engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Assess current QA automation frameworks processes tools and delivery maturity.
- Evaluate GenAI adoption opportunities across the testing lifecycle.
- Identify gaps in automation governance scalability coverage and engineering practices.
- Define a targetstate architecture and blueprint for agentic QA workflows.
- Recommend tools accelerators quality agents orchestration models and governance mechanisms.
- Develop a phased transformation roadmap with business outcomes success metrics and implementation priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on strategy architecture and execution plans.





Required Experience

- 5-8 years in QA Automation Test Architecture or Quality Engineering Transformation.
- Solid expertise in automation frameworks CICD AgileDevOps and enterprise QA processes.
- Experience with GenAIenabled testing AIassisted development tools and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of LLMagnostic architecture and enterprise AI ecosystem integration.
- Proven track record in assessmentled transformation and solution blueprinting.
