Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL and C/AL.
2. Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Develop and maintain extensions, customizations, and modules in D365 Business Central.
4. Integrate Business Central with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and web services.
5. Work on end-to-end development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
6. Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance tuning, and use Telemetry for diagnostics and monitoring.
7. Develop reports and integrations using Power BI, SSRS, Word layouts, and Excel.
8. Work with SQL Server/T-SQL for database queries and performance optimization.
9. Maintain code quality, technical documentation, coding standards, and version control using Git.
10. Support upgrades,



system maintenance, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps activities.
11. Work with Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation and integration.
12. Handle Business Central integrations with Postal workflows, Android Apps, BenchQ, myPostQ, Royal Mail OBA, OnePlatform, and JCMS.
13. Support Business Central AIMI/MI reporting and client-managed report configurations.
14. Integrate Business Central Operations with Business Central Finance.

Job Requirements :

- 6-11 years of experience in developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) platform.
- Solid understanding of APIs, Power Platform, Telemetry, SQL database management systems.
- Experience working with NAV or Business Central is an added advantage.
