- Develop customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules to meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill development.
- Conduct regular evaluations of training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in an insurance industry role or related field.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful product trainings for diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
