- Manage and support enterprise network and security infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security incidents.
- Provide quick resolution during major outages and critical incidents.
- Design, evaluate, and recommend network and security solutions.
- Implement network security policies and procedures aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in network infrastructure initiatives, including firmware upgrades, hardware refreshes, security hardening, and monitoring improvements.
- Prepare project schedules and execute network-related activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, standards, and runbooks.
- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Required Skills :
4+ years of experience in 24x7 production support for complex network infrastructures.
