- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Sales Generation:
- - Assist customers in selecting silver articles such as idols, pooja items, utensils, gift items, and decorative pieces based on their needs and occasions.
- - Promote silver articles, new arrivals, and customized silver products to achieve sales targets.
- - Explain details regarding silver purity, weight, craftsmanship, usage, and care of silver articles.
- 2. Customer Relationship Management:
- - Build robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to silver article purchases.
- - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- 3. Store Operations:
- - Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of silver articles.
- - Ensure accurate billing, weight confirmation, and proper documentation of all transactions.
- - Assist with inventory management, stock handling, replenishment, tagging, and display of silver articles.
- 4. Market and Product Knowledge:
- - Stay updated on silver trends, traditional and modern silver articles, and market pricing.
- - Educate customers on silver care, polishing, storage, and repair services.
- - Track competitor offerings and pricing to remain competitive in the market.
- 5. Promotions and Marketing:




- - Participate in exhibitions, festive promotions, sales campaigns, and customer outreach programs.

- - Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to meet sales and service targets.

- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- - Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- - Experience: Prior retail sales experience preferred; experience in silver articles or jewellery sales is an added advantage.
- - Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to clearly explain product details and benefits.
- - Sales Skills: Ability to meet sales targets and perform effectively in a retail environment.
