Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Welcome customers and assist them at the counter in a polite and qualified manner.
- - Understand customer requirements and showcase suitable jewellery products.
- - Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and offers.
- - Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- - Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery at the counter.
- - Assist in billing, packaging, and handing over products to customers.
- - Handle basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- - Support stock handling, tagging, and inventory checks.
- - Follow showroom SOPs, grooming standards, and security protocols.

- Requirements:
- - 1 to 2 years of experience in retail/customer service (jewellery experience is a plus).
- - Good communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Telugu preferred).
- - Presentable appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.
- - Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
