Full-time Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Fresher to join our Online Sales team as an Online Pearls Jewellery Sales Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about jewellery, eager to learn online sales processes, and interested in building a career in luxury retail and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities
- Online Customer Handling Support
- - Respond to customer inquiries received through website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other online platforms.
- - Understand customer needs and assist in suggesting suitable pearl jewellery such as necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, and basic custom designs.
- - Share product images, videos, prices, certificates, and offer details as guided by the team.
- Product Learning Sales Assistance
- - Learn about different pearl types (Freshwater, Akoya, South Sea, Tahitian) and basic quality factors such as luster, size, shape, and color.
- - Educate customers on basic pearl care, usage, and certification under supervision.
- - Support the team in converting online inquiries into confirmed sales through timely follow-ups.
- Order Processing After-Sales Coordination
- - Coordinate with the showroom, inventory, and logistics teams for order confirmation and delivery updates.
- - Assist customers with delivery status, basic customization requests, exchanges, and returns.
- CRM Sales Support
- - Update customer details, inquiries, and follow-up information in the CRM system.




- - Support the team in achieving monthly online sales targets.
- Market Exposure Learning
- - Observe and learn about online jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- - Participate in training sessions related to pearls, sales techniques, and customer handling.

- Skills Eligibility
- - Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/customer service.
- - Interest in jewellery, pearls, fashion, or luxury products.
- - Good communication skills in English (Hindi and Telugu are an added advantage).
- - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online communication tools.
- - Customer-friendly attitude with willingness to learn sales techniques.
- - Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- - Graduation in any discipline (Jewellery-related course/certification is a plus but not mandatory).
