Qualifications & Requirements:
.Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
.Basic knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment.
.Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate-handling skills.
.Knowledge of OPT, H4 Ead, GC and US citizen visa processes is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential OPT candidates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Work towards achieving recruitment targets.
