We are currently hiring for the position of AGM / Senior Manager - Quality with a leading healthcare organization.
Role: AGM / Senior Manager - Quality
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: Up to 20 LPA
Key Requirements: 10-15 years of experience in hospital quality management
Experience in JCI-accredited hospitals is mandatory
Hands-on experience in leading JCI accreditation activities independently
Robust exposure to patient safety, clinical audits, RCA, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives
MBA in Hospital Administration preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives.
- Drive JCI accreditation activities from assessment to successful accreditation.
- Oversee clinical audits, incident reporting, RCA, and CAPA.
- Monitor quality indicators, compliance dashboards, and performance measures.
- Coordinate accreditation readiness across clinical and non-clinical departments.
