Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor landscapes across villas and common areas.
- Care for plants through regular watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Support seasonal planting and landscape enhancement projects.
- Ensure pathways, garden furniture, and outdoor d cor remain clean and presentable.
- Monitor plant health and report any maintenance or irrigation issues.
- Implement eco-friendly horticultural and waste management practices.
- Assist in setting up outdoor arrangements for special events or guest experiences.
- Uphold Mirth s environmental and sustainability standards in all gardening activities.
Qualifications Experience
- Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
- Physically fit, reliable, and passionate about nature and outdoor work.
