As a Senior Consultant in the hybrid operate business, candidate is responsible for adhering to the defined operating procedures and guidelines in operating the identity and access management services in the Managed Services model, which includes the following:

- Manage and administer the SecureLink (Imprivata) platform, including vendor onboarding, provisioning, and access reviews for in-scope remote access scenarios.
- Support and troubleshoot B2B Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnels and related operational issues, coordinating root-cause analysis for connectivity or access incidents.
- Maintain and enforce vendor access governance standards - least-privilege provisioning, time-bound access, and periodic entitlement recertification.
- Produce and present reporting on vendor access activity, exceptions, and risk posture to client stakeholders.




- Administer and support enterprise authentication services including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect synchronization, and device posture enforcement.
- Manage and maintain GlobalProtect remote access services, B2B VPN connectivity, and secure authentication solutions for internal and external users.
