Experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize SAP PM/EAM solutions for asset management, equipment maintenance, and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle management, work order processing, and integration with other SAP modules.

SAP PM/EAM Implementation Configuration:

- Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM to align with business needs in construction, real estate, and manufacturing.

- Define master data for equipment, functional locations, bills of materials (BOM), and maintenance task lists.

- Set up preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.

- Implement Work Order Management, including notifications, scheduling, and execution tracking.

- Integrate SAP PM/EAM with SAP MM (procurement), FI/CO (costing), PS (project management), and HR (workforce management).

Asset Maintenance Management:





- Develop strategies for effective asset lifecycle management, including capital projects and maintenance.

- Monitor and track asset performance using KPIs and real-time analytics.

- Support digital transformation initiatives, including IoT-based predictive maintenance.

System Support Process Optimization:

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM/EAM issues, ensuring system reliability.

- Work closely with maintenance teams, project managers, and business users to improve processes.

- Develop user training programs and best practices documentation.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
