In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, providing expert counseling on academic programs, and driving enrollments through effective relationship management and consultative sales practices. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Provide personalized counseling on national and international educational programs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs aligned with their career goals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Address customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with learners.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and enrollments in internal systems.
- Prepare and update sales reports and performance trackers as required.

Qualifications Requirements

- 0-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer interactions via phone and digital channels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
